Windows 2008: Event 1515 & 1511 - Worked Solution
I had a problem with the user profile on Windows 2008 server. This was probably caused by incorrect permissions on the ts profiles. I corrected this problem by giving required permission however still received two more errors in the event log.
Issue:
Log Name: Application
Source: Microsoft-Windows-User Profiles Service
Date: Date
Event ID: 1515
Task Category: None
Level: Warning
Keywords: Classic
User: User
Computer: Computer
Description: Windows has backed up this user profile. Windows will automatically try to use the backup profile the next time this user logs on.
Log Name: Application

Description: Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.
Solution:
Delete a folder from the registry. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList, delete the SID folder for that particular user. (profile directory was C:\Users\%UserName%)
