Microsoft has started working on windows 8 and they are working hard to make it the best window ever. There are many features they are trying to work on. Few of the features are :-
1.Inbuilt webcam application :- Windows 8 might be having a inbuilt webcam software for taking photos and shoting videos form you webcam. 3.Modern Task Manager :- we have seen so many new arrivals of windows but had never witnessed any changes in the Task manager in any version. There are news that this time Microsoft may change it and can give you some new features in the Modern task manager.

4.Hybrid Booting :- Seen in the latest builds, Hybrid Boot is a cross between hibernation and sleep mode, and more of an evolution of the existing hibernation function. Core operating system files are ‘put to sleep’ which enables the startup time to be significantly reduced. [via]
5. Improved disk Cleanup :- the much awaited and very useful feature of windows 8 can be improved Disk cleanup utility. This is designed to make your operating system much clean by removing lot of unnecessary data.

IBM x3650 M4 Series Server Model - Activation Keys Backup to be taken for IMM Moduel II, why?

If you are planning to replace the system board (Mother Board) for M4 series of IBM xSeries 3650 model server, you should and must take the activation keys backup, otherwise you will miss the IMM key. IMM key something like iLO Activation key on HP servers. If that  iLO key didn't acivated, then you won't get the 'Remote Access' option. In the same way, IBM series requires a key to be activated to access the IMM console. IMM Activation to be backuped and restore once the new board get replaced.
