How to display folder size in Windows explorer - Windows 7 Tips

By WireINPUT -

The other day I was trying to see the size of the all folders in Windows explorer but that option is not available in Windows XP and Windows 7, although that works for files only.

Then after some google search I came across Folder Size for Windows utility on www.Sourceforge.net  which is an excellent add-on to Windows explorer and work with Windows XP only.

Download for Folder Size for Windows XP : http://sourceforge.net/projects/foldersize/files/foldersize/2.5/FolderSize-2.5-x86.msi/download

Folder Size tool for Windows 7: This tool work differently than above one but still comes handy when you want to know the size of folder in a local or network folder .

If you are planning to replace the system board (Mother Board) for M4 series of IBM xSeries 3650 model server, you should and must take the activation keys backup, otherwise you will miss the IMM key. IMM key something like iLO Activation key on HP servers. If that  iLO key didn't acivated, then you won't get the 'Remote Access' option. In the same way, IBM series requires a key to be activated to access the IMM console. IMM Activation to be backuped and restore once the new board get replaced. Here is the screenshot there you see more options what we discussed so far -

Legacy USB Disabled also disables iLO 2 virtual devices. • When External USB Port Disabled is selected, external USB ports are disabled. Under this option, em...
