Why 'Add URL to Google' is not working?

Image
I've been trying to add / submit my new blog / website page urls to Google Search Engine since last couple of days, however it is not getting displayed and throwing some error message. Here goes the error message - The page you are trying to reach does not exist (404). Does any one have any idea about this error message. Why Google stops this option to submit / add the new URLs to Google Search Engine. Is Google trying to avoid submitting the new URLs like this instead Google might be suggesting to add the new URL to Google Web Master Tools and submit a sitemap. I think this might help to the new blogs to add /submit the same.

Blogspot.com moved to Blogspot.in for Indian Blogs by Google, why?

There is a recent change in the domain name change based on the blogs that has been created and maintained by. Looks like Google has regionalized the blogspot domains and also seen that some of the .com domains redirects to .org as well. Is this change only to the Indian Blogs or to every one? We are yet to know what kind of impact on this change and any page ranks would be changed etc. And I read in some blogs that due this change there 'single page indexing, PR is dropped'. We are yet to how far this is true. Guys please do check your blogs as well.

Advertisements are important to finance the free distribution of high-quality content on the internet. However, some websites are loaded with annoying banners and intrusive popups, so surfing the internet has become quite annoying on these sites. The two most popular extensions in the Chrome Webstore currently are “ AdBlock ” and “ Adblock Plus ”. Both extensions promise to do the same thing: Block all ads on every website. But what is the difference between the two, and which one is the better adblocker? AdBlock was originally created for Google Chrome. It is the older one of the two and still has more users. Adblock Plus was only recently ported to Google Chrome, but the numbers of users are growing quickly. In no time, it has become the second most popular of all Chrome extensions. It is the equivalent to Adblock Plus for Firefox, with more than 120 mill...

As of August 1, 2011, Google will discontinue support for the following browsers and their predecessors: Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3.5, and Safari 3. In these older browsers you may have trouble using certain features in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Talk, Google Docs, and Google Sites. The company also said that eventually these apps may stop working entirely in older browsers. Google also made a point to recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of your favorite browser. The company specifically lists four browsers to choose from, in a very specific (alph...

Google on Wednesday confirmed that a hacker from China was able to break into hundreds of Gmail accounts. The company detected the breach and notified victims of the attack, as well as relevant government authorities. Several high-profile accounts were hacked according to the Associated Press , including senior U.S. government personnel, Chinese political activists and government officials from South Korea. The actual hack was a phishing scheme that prompted users to enter their user names and passwords on a web page. “It’s important to stress that our internal systems have not been affected—these account hijackings were not the result of a security problem with Gmail itself,” Google said on its official Gmail blog.
